specializing in Property, Liability & Workers’ Compensation
Insurance. Duties also include evaluation and training of
potential commercial insurance producers. Tony is
responsible for targeting & production of new business in
Lakeland and throughout Florida. He has spent the last
twenty years in Marketing & Marketing Management of
Insurance products to business owners. Prior to joining
Herndon – he was directly responsible for sales activities
for Federated Insurance. In that capacity, responsibilities
included recruiting, training & Leading the sales efforts of
9 territories & 1/3 of Florida production.
Education: B.A. in Political Science
from University of South Florida. Advanced insurance related
training and education.
Community Service: Deanery Chair for
B.A.S.E. Catholic appeal. Lakeland South Rotary – Board
Member, Lakeland Highlands Youth Soccer – Board Member &
Coach, South Lakeland Baseball – Coach, Diversity Council –
Member, Active member of Resurrection Catholic Church,
Booster Club President – Resurrection Catholic School,

of Commerce.

Interests: Just about all sports,
reading, golfing, fishing, beach & coaching his children’s
sports teams.
Tony has been married to Nancy for 24 years & is the
father of 3 great children: Miranda, Kelsey & Nicholas.
