Jeff is the Manager for Pricing & Rates with the City of Lakeland Electric Department. He is a United States Navy veteran having served on board a nuclear submarine. Jeff has worked for electric utility companies in Decatur, IL and Carmel, IN before coming to Lakeland in 2006. He and wife Diana have two children and four grandchildren. Work gives way for church where Jeff sings in choir, serves on the church board, and leads a men’s study. Over the recent past he has volunteered time for construction projects at several church camps around the country.
