Zach was born and raised in Troy, New York where he played baseball, basketball and football all through high school.  His love of sports took him to Southern New Hampshire University where he majored in Sports Management.  Zach was fortunate to land an internship with the Detroit Tigers for Spring Training in Lakeland in 1997.  After completing the internship and graduating college, Zach was offered a full-time job with the Tigers and has lived in Lakeland ever since.  He enjoys spending time with family and friends, football, grilling and traveling in his spare time.
