Claussen's Fine Furniture is a family owned furniture store serving all of Polk County, FL with two locations: one in Lakeland and one in Winter Haven. With their spacious 40,000 square foot showroom and custom order options, Claussen's offers the largest selection of home furnishing options in the area at middle to upper middle price points.
Jim was born in Michigan and graduated from Winter Haven
High School in Winter Haven, Florida.. He went on to receive
a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from
Greenville College in Greennville, Illinois. Afterwards, he
pursued graduate study at Florida State University, studying
Interior Design.
Jim is involved in the community as a coach in Babe Ruth
League Baseball and as a member of First Baptist Church at
the Mall. Professional associations include the National
Home Furnishings Association and the Florida Furniture
Dealers Association.
Jim is married to his wife, Ann and has two sons:
Justin and Ryan.
