
Lunz Prebor Fowler Architects is a client oriented, award
winning architectural firm. With completed work in over 28
states and the District of Columbia, Lunz Prebor Fowler
Architects has a national presence while maintaining the
adaptability and resiliency of a boutique firm. LPF is a two
time recipient of the prestigious American Institute of
Architects Tampa Bay H. Dean Rowe Award for Design
Excellence. Also they were recognized as The AIATB Firm of
the Year in 2005 as well as being awarded many other merit
and honor design awards locally, regionally and nationally.
Brad was born in Bartow and raised in Lakeland, Florida. He
holds both a Bachelor and a Master of Architecture from the
Savannah College of Art and Design . He is licensed to
practice architecture in Florida and also a Leadership in
Energy and Environment Design Accredited Professional. After
initially practicing in Savannah and then Tampa, Brad and
his wife returned back to Lakeland in 2008 to join the firm
established by his father, Lunz Prebor Fowler, bringing a
breadth of experience in construction, design and the
resolution of client’s spatial and budgetary requirements.
Brad has worked on a variety of building typologies
including mid-rise mixed use, hotels, and county, state, and
federal government buildings, and educational buildings.
Brad has served on the board of directors as a national
director for the American Institute of Architectural
Students, created the national AIAS Studio Culture Task
Force, participated in the National Architectural
Accreditation Board validation conference, a two time NAAB
Accreditation Team Member and a recipient of an Alpha Ro Chi
Bronze Medal. He is currently a member of the American
Institute of Architects and the National Council of
Architectural Registration Boards.
