Phil Mays, Broker/Owner of Ulysses Realty Group, Inc. has an
18+ year background in
real estate and commercial
development. He served for fifteen years as Senior Director
of Properties and Facilities for Alamo
Rent A Car, Inc. and later as Director of
Construction for
the Eastern U. S. for Autonation, Inc. He joined Arvida
Realty in 2001,
which later became Coldwell Banker
Residential Real Estate, Inc.
His commercial development experience
includes site selection, due diligence, project
planning and construction management.
During his career with Coldwell Banker he
was recognized for his sales
performance in 2003 by being named a member of the
International Diamond Society, an honor
reserved for the top 20% of Coldwell Banker
associates nationwide.
His civic involvement includes membership in the Lakeland South Rotary Club where he currently serves as President and has been named a Paul Harris Fellow. He currently serves as Chairman of the Polk County Board of Adjustment and is a Guardian Ad Litem with the Polk County Juvenile Court.
Phil holds a BBA degree in Marketing from Georgia
Southern College. He and his wife Sandra make their
home in Lakeland, Florida.
