Alyssia was born in Enterprise, AL and grew up in Lakeland, FL. She attended K-12 grades here in Lakeland and was in the first graduating class of twelve at the Lois Cowles Harrison Visual and Performing Arts Center in 1990
Alyssia joined Starbucks Coffee Company as a district
manager in 2002 while living in Los Angeles, CA. She and her
family moved back to Lakeland in the summer of 2007.
Alyssia is currently the Secretary of The Lakeland South
Rotary Club and is President-Elect for 2011-2012. In
addition to her Rotary activities, she supports The National
MS Society, People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals, and
remains an active volunteer at Medulla Elementary School.
She and her husband Scott have one son.
